Before his Scale Up presentation, Furnell spoke to MPA about the primary focus being the launch of Deal Board. This tool is a part of a suite of process and productivity instruments, including My Activities and enhanced Workflows. It provides businesses with a straightforward, visual snapshot of all ongoing deals in their organization, which they can manage using a card analogy.
“The anticipation for Deal Board and the associated tools as a productivity boost within MyCRM is unprecedented. It has been entirely driven by the needs of our businesses,” Furnell pointed out.
